Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, the maison de vin "Chanterêves", this micro-négoce has already released 8 vintages(2010-2017) and had established a firm position. Today, older vintages such as '10, '11, '12, '13 have prove ability of their wine to age and authenticity, and vintage '14 and '15 indicate synchronization of their direction and natural wine movement much clearer.

They work with growers closely to obtain ideal grapes(they also work in vineyards), and using biologically farmed grapes preferentially. Wine-making has carried out naturally as much as possible under non-interventional manner. Fermented by indigenous yeasts, new barrels are not used for white wine at all. There is no gimmick or makeup. This natural wines are supported by high quality of grapes and their artisanal spirit with sophisticated skills.



CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET 1ER CRU LES MORGEOTS 2014

Vineyard : Les Chaumes (Certified Biologique since 2012)

畑 : レ・ショーム。モルジョを名乗れるプルミエクリュのリューディーのひとつで、2012年にビオロジック認証取得。

Vinification : Fermentation and aging 100% in oak barrels(228ℓ). Low addition of SO2 to the juice. No new oak. Fermentation with indegenous yeasts as well as 100% natural malolactic fermentation. No batonage. 12 months aging in oak barrels. No fining but light filtration (once). Bottled the 23rd of December 2014.

プレス後のジュースのSO2添加は微量。澱引き時と瓶詰め前にSO2添加。100%小樽発酵、そして熟成。新樽なし。野生酵母による発酵で、マロラクティック発酵も自然。バトナージュ無し。樽熟成は12ヵ月、ステンレスタンクにアッサンブラージュし、シュールリーでさらに3ヵ月熟成。清澄なし。瓶詰め前に軽いろ過。

The Wine : Delicate pear and citrus notes. Good attack with a firm grip. Long elegant finish. A complexity and structure that do justice to its name.
