Blend of Savagnin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by biologic. Complex, mineral, and multi layered taste. Please try to use decanter for this unique sparkling wine to gain richer taste and smoother texture. Superior to many champagnes. (There are two types of label. Same wine) The 2013 Chianti Classico is a wine of profound character and depth. This expression is only Sangiovese, whereas other vintages see a tiny addition of Canaiolo for extra color and intensity. This vintage reveals excellent fruit quality with an earthy, iron-like note that sets it apart. The wine offers great richness in the mouth with elegant contours and bold fruit flavors. It is aged in oak for 18 months. RP91 From two parcels - Burgraben and Hagenschlauf in Beblenheim, these chalky soils give young Rieslings their pretty floral lemony notes. With age, the mineral content is enhanced and the wine acquires a smooth sweet note. It goes remarkably well with slender fish, seafood and the delicious coq au Riesling.

Perfectly ripe 100% Sauvignon blanc from over 30 years vieilles vignes on Argilo-Calcaire(chalky-clay) soil. Contains 30% botrytis. 24 months ageing "sur lie". No SO2 added, bottled without fining and filtration. Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio and Riesling Italico are fermented separately and aged together. While fermenting in Georgian amphorae buried underground, it underwent a long maceration together with grape skin with wild yeasts and no temperature control. After the drawing off and pressing phases the wine was poured back into amphorae for at least five more months before it started ageing in large oak barrels, where it was left for six years. Wine is bottled without fining or filtration. WS93 Perfectly ripe 100% Sauvignon blanc from over 50 years vieilles vignes on Argilo-Calcaire(Caillottes) soil. Contains 50% botrytis, yield : 20hl/ha. 36 months ageing "sur lie". No SO2 added, bottled without fining and filtration.

It offers an incredibly smooth and pure quality of fruit with loads of fresh berry, espresso and leather. I loved the impeccable smoothness of this wine. RP92 L'Intrus(=intruder in English) is a adventure of Chantereves that producing wine in Savigny les Beaune using grapes from other region. This new concept is being actualized by their sophisticated skills of vigneron with a free mind. Made from Mosel Riesling, vinified and bottled in Savigny les beaune. Whole bunch, fermented by indigenous yeasts. No SO2 added during vinification. Sur Lie.

Intense, impressive aroma is almost like whisky or sherry.  Dry, mineral and complex. One and only style "Pinot-Gris" in the world. Made from Grolleau Gris and Cabernet Franc from biologic vineyards. Lovely natural sweetness, juicy Rosé from Loire Valley.

Special Pinot Grigio you've never seen - Dark and shiny pink colour Pinot Grigio made by skin-contact. Very comfortable pure concentration of red and black fruits, and smooth texture. Fermented with wild yeast without temperature control, non-fining, non-filtered. Finally TRAPET released Pinot Noir with their label. It was named from the church which was built in 1441, the symbol of the village Riquewihr. Production : 200 cases. The idea for this wine came from a simple observation, freely inspired by Mr. Jules Chauvet 1960: “Adding sulphites to the harvest is not advisable, knowing that both the yeast and intracellular fermentations give the best yield when there is no SO2″. Once the grapes are in the vat, Trapet uses no sulphur and the fermentations start naturally. Assembrage : Sylvaner, Pinot Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Riesling.
