Joel Hudelot took over from his father Paul Hudelot in 1981, and he started producing wine and bottling with his wife Chantal Baillet. Joel retired in 2004, and today this 8.5ha vineyards and the cellar are managed by his son-in-law Dominique Le Guen. Dominique has improved quality of wine doramatically, the wine is gorgeous, purely concentrated, thick and round in classic style. This is a wine for “Grand Maison” gastronomic restaurant, and it requires 5 to 6 years cellaring at least.
