Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise . All the carbon gas and aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.
Ze Bulle 2018 is softly bubbled Rosé, a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc, 15% Grolleau Noir and 15% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vineyards.
Françoise and Phillipe Gourdon retired in 2015 and then Bruno Ciofi's “Béret & Compagnie” had taken over the production of Ze Bulle in 2018. This lot has freshness and bright details. Alc 9.5% is a bit higher than previous lot(9.0%).
