Les Fouchardes Monopole is made from Chenin Blanc planted in 1970. Wines are aged for two years in barrels before bottling. Yield in 2019 was 21hl/l, extremely low as usual. Eventually made only 2,439 bottles and 108 magnums. 2019 is made as a Sec : relatively dryer than usual. 		Made from the best selection(cellar selection) of Sangiovese from The Vertine, Adine and Colle ai Lecci vineyards. Magnums were bottled for winery's private use originally.
