Blend of Savagnin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by biologic. Complex, mineral, and multi layered taste. Please try to use decanter for this unique sparkling wine to gain richer taste and smoother texture. Superior to many champagnes. (There are two types of label. Same wine) #5 c'est joli ! - 80% of 2014 (60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc), fermented and aged in oak barrel, and 20% of #4 Vinorama (60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc from 3 vintages : 20% of 2013, 48% of 2011 and 32% of 2010, aged in foudres). Label design : Nina Armangué Braun LA PULPE ET LE GRAIN - part3 - 100% Pinot Noir Neuville sur Seine and Vallée de seine, the vintage 2009. Aged on the lees for 18 months. Bottled on 13th Oct 2011 and this lot was dégorged on 27th March 2017. 3,540 bottles made.

Herve Jestin partnered with Benoit Marguet to create this wine, the first ever certified organic prestige Champagne blended from across the region. They released same wine with two different labels. One is Champagne Jestin, the other one is Sapience/Marguet. Grapes are from the fellows of Hervé Jestin, Vincent Laval(Cumières, PN&PM, Biologic) and David Leclappart(Trépail, CH, Biodynamie). The wines were vinified in the cellar of Marguet. V16 is made from 2016 vintage. 40 years V.V. Pinot-Noir 100% on Kimméridgien soil, 1.5ha lieu-dit of Val Vilaine. No dosage, unfined and unfiltered. Aged for 16 months. Dégorgement : April 2018 V11 is made from 2011 vintage. Pinot-Noir 100% on Kimméridgien soil. Less than 2,000 bottles from 1.5ha lieu-dit of Côte de Bachelin. No dosage, unfined and unfiltered. Aged for seven years. Dégorgement : April 2018

100% Pinot Noir on Kimméridgien soil. Around 3,000 bottles from 0.9ha lieu-dit of Les Ursules, 40 years old vines. No dosage, unfined and unfiltered. Dégorgement : April 2018 45% Pinot Blanc, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. from Celles s/Ource, Vallée de l’Ource, vintage 2009. Aged on the lees for 18 months. Bottled on 13th Oct 2011 and dégorgement on 19th May 2016. 3,807 bottles made. The main cuvee is Le Mont Benoit, and it is usually composed by major three grape varietals from two different vintages. This lot "L14/13" is made from 2014 vintage and 2013, Pinot-Noir 33% / Pinot-Meunier 37% / Chardonnay 30%. Aged in barrel for 11months + 30 months in bottle.

Les Maillons is Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir. A wine of energy and vibrancy, the 2014 is going to need at least a few years to be at its very best. Even so, its potential today is evident. The Meunier character is pronounced, but it is the wine's salivating minerality that gives shape, focus and cut. What a gorgeous wine this. AG93+ Vincent Laval has managed 2.5ha of vineyards of Cumières since 1996. His father Georges Laval was one of the oldest producer who obtained biologique certificate(in 1971) in Chanmpagne. The wine has superb purity of fruits and mineral, and sensational verticality. This cuvée "Cumières Premier Cru Brut Nature - L0114" is composed by Chardonnay 1/3, Pinot-Noir 1/3 and Pinot-Meunier 1/3 all from 2014 vintage(without reserve wine). Non-filtered, non-fining and non-dosage. Dégorgement : 6th December 2016. Production : 6,345 bottles.

"DIS VIN SECRET = Wine, tell me your secret". Aged on the lees for 72 months(6 years). 90% Pinot-Meunier, 5% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay. Major part of this lot is made from vintage 2008. Rich, volumy and heavy weight this year. Les Maillons Rosé de Saignée is Rosé Champagne made from 100% Pinot-Noir. Chardonnay (58%), Pinot Meunier (18%) & Pinot Noir (24%). Nose rich and warm exuding Seville orange and brioche aromas, with hints of dried flowers and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is explosive, with mouthwatering acidity and dried apricot and citrus. The mouthfeel is a silky soft foam of tingling sparks. The finish shows undertones of vanilla and and salted caramel, ending again with that fresh, vivid, orangey tang.
