"Feel Good Skin-Contact" is made from Savagnin. They are not permitted to label the wine as 'Savagnin' if it was vinified outside Jura, even if it is classified as Vin de France. The name 'Feel Good' comes from a play on words: Savagnin > Ça va bien > Feel Good, reflecting his fondness for wordplay.
The wine is made from grapes from vines over 50 years old. It undergoes carbonic maceration using special tank equipment for nine months.
Feel Good Skin-Contact is better suited to accompany a meal — it maintains a lively tension from start to finish without ever tiring the palate. Vibrant aromas of tropical fruits, osmanthus, spices, and Tieguanyin tea swirl together in colorful harmony. This wine is made from grapes grown in the Côtes du Rhône — a blend of Grenache Blanc and Muscat de Hambourg (Black Muscat). It undergoes carbonic maceration using special tank equipment for nine months. Fred (Frédéric) named the wine “Zizifredo” after an old aperitif called “Fred-Zizi.”
This 2023 Zizifredo marks quite a departure from previous vintages. Until 2021, its colour was orange, but, it’s now tinged with pink. The flavour is rich and nectar-like, with notes reminiscent of Campari blended with tropical fruit cocktails. It couldn’t be more perfect as an apéritif. >>>More Info

Le Ronceret is a lieu-dit bordering En Champans. This Le Ronceret is located to the north of the other Chassorney's Volnay 1er Cru, Les Lurets, with Les Aussy (also a 1er Cru) lying between them. Although their elevations are almost the same, the character of the wines produced differs. The wine produced from Vieilles Vignes over 70 years old planted on 0.29 ha tiny plot is highly concentrated and rich in tannins. It has a fine texture with a refined and robust structure. Over a few years, its density will increase and its edges will soften, resulting in an exceptionally thick and silky wine of the highest quality, we believe.
Like Saint Romain Sous Roche, it undergoes 100% whole-cluster fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration in a stainless steel tank. Unlike Frédéric Cossard, the aging process has been changed from egg tanks and qvevris (used from 2018 to 2021) back to old barrels. It has become a supreme, authentic Burgundy, combining intensity and softness.

The lieu-dit Les Lurets consists of both 1er Cru and Village-designated parts, and this wine is produced from the 1er Cru section. It borders the 1er Cru Les Cailleret and is located south of Chassorney’s other 1er Cru, Le Ronceret, with Les Aussy (also a 1er Cru) lying between them. Although its elevation is almost the same as Le Ronceret’s, the character of the wine differs. The wine has a fine, silky texture and is softer and more transparent than Le Ronceret. It is enjoyable to drink now, but with a few years of aging, it is expected to develop a more airy character while retaining a dense core. The grapes come from a small plot of less than 0.3 hectares planted with 65-year-old vieille vigne.

Les Fouchardes Monopole is made from Chenin Blanc planted in 1970. Wines are aged for two years in barrels before bottling. Yield in 2019 was 21hl/l, extremely low as usual. Eventually made only 2,439 bottles and some magnums. 2019 is made as a Sec : relatively dryer than usual.

Made from 100% Carignan. Southern French wines are often made by blending grapes with distinct personalities, such as Carignan, Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah. However, leave it to Frédéric Cossard, originally from Burgundy, to create an incredibly delicious wine with 100% Carignan! It's juicy, smooth, and you can even sense a delicate touch. A perennial favorite rosé. Among our customers, it’s a classic choice to bring along to beach gatherings and boat parties. The color is pale, but it's so dense that you can feel the viscosity. It has a pleasant bitterness like pink grapefruit, and also a flavor like peach. The sweetness of ripe fruit, which becomes especially noticeable in the latter half, blends together into a feeling of bliss, like a tropical cocktail. In the South of France, the Cinsault grape variety is often used for rosé wine, but this is the only Cinsault we've ever had like this.

The taste is perfectly expressed by this label. Like Carignan, the Mourvèdre grape variety is generally blended with other grape varieties to create balance, but Frédéric Cossard seems to be looking at something different. He used 100% of this unique grape variety to bring out the beauty of Mourvèdre that no one had noticed before. Although it has considerable concentration, its smooth, rounded texture and refined acidity make it a wonderfully lively and finely detailed wine.

100% Pinot Noir from Kakudahama, Nishikan Ward, Niigata City. The juice is packed with dense, ripe fruit. The tannins are sweet and smooth.
The terroir consists of a layer of andesite bedrock formed by magma flows from eruptions of Mount Kakuda, which was once an underwater volcano. On top of this lies an alluvial layer created by the post-glacial rise in sea levels, and further above that, coastal sand dunes made of sandy soil.

The essence of Fermier lies in Albariño. From its early stages, it had a unique character distinct from both Spanish Albariño and the so-called Japanese wine style, but the 2024 vintage has been further refined. It features beautiful acidity, dense fruit juice, minerals, and nuances of loquat and citrus peel. The expression is very delicate in flavour, yet it has a substantial body.
