A blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris from 2016 vintage and 2017 vintage. Maceration : 2016 for 8 months, 2017 for one week. Unfiltered, unfined, no SO2 added. Full skincontact for texture and territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished and no SO2 added. Not only a refreshing summer wine from a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and Nerello Mascalese, as this is a "rose" which can also be regarded as a light red, like a "Jura" wine, pairing well with a wide variety of dishes. Full skincontact for texture and territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished and no SO2 added. Ze Bulle is made by unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise . All the carbon gas and all the aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.

Ze Bulle 2018 is softly bubbled Rosé, a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc, 15% Grolleau Noir and 15% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vineyards.

Françoise and Phillipe Gourdon retired in 2015 and then Bruno Ciofi's “Béret & Compagnie” had taken over the production of Ze Bulle in 2018.
Rosé d'un Jour is made from Grolleau Gris, with residual sugar. Very smooth and comfortable as well. Made from Grolleau Gris and Cabernet Franc from biologic vineyards. Lovely natural sweetness, juicy Rosé from Loire Valley.
