77% Pinot Meunier from La Rue des Noyers + 23% Pinot Noir(massale selection of Pommard clones from Bourgogne) planted on the selection of plot in Fossoy(harvest in 2020). Fermented and aged on the lees in 228l oak barrel(made from trees from the forest of Fossoy) for 10 months. Non dosage. Degorgement : 4th July 2023.
