3.5 ha of organically farmed small vineyard, located in Collioure(facing the Mediterranean Sea, near the border with Catalunya-Spain). 100% Grenache, whole bunch fermentation executed by indigenous yeasts. No SO2 added, no fining, unfiltered. Pedres Blanques is a "White Rocks" in Catalan. The terroir on steep and terraced slope is composed by schist and granite, and significant Tramontane wind keeps vineyards dry. This environment has low risk such as frost, mildiou, etc. The wine is highly yet comfortably concentrated, smooth, and delicate. Rie and Hirofumi Shouji had been trained up in Burgundy top domaines for many years, and they bought this beautiful vineyard in 2016 to open their own winery.

Alicante-Bouschet 100%. Alicante Bouschet is a cross of Petit Bouschet (itself a cross of the very old variety Teinturier du Cher and Aramon) and Grenache. Alicante is a teinturier, a grape with red flesh. It is one of the few teinturier grapes that belong to the Vitis vinifera species. Moreover Alicante Bouschet has thick skin, therefore the wine become tannic and intense. Marie and Luc Michel spent many years to make wine soft and bottled as 100% Alicante-Bouschet.

Syrah 50%, Mourvèdre 40%, Cinsault 5% and Carignan 5%. Joli Coeur is Zélige-Caravent's masterpiece. Marie and Luc Michel enjoy a lot assemblage of this wine. Fresh, vivid, pure concentration of south grapes with no heaviness.
