Vino di Contrada Fossa di Lupo: from here the wines typically originate as fruity but also austere, presenting great acidity. Frappato 100% Made 2700 bottles. SP68 Bianco, is a blend of two varieties Moscato di Alessandria 60% and Albanello 40%. Fermented by indigenous yeast only, 15 days skin-contact. Elevage for 6 months in concrete vats and bottled without filtration. The title "SP68" refers to the Strada Provinciale 68, a state route that passes by Arianna’s rural property. Zibibbo 100%. Fermented spontaneously in terracotta amphorae on the grape skins with indigenous yeasts. Aged in amphora and bottle.

Grecanico 100% from red soil, medium consistency; formed of subalpine sands of Pliocene origin, of limestone - siliceous nature, interwoven with compact layers of fresh clay and calcareous tufa. Fermented spontaneously in terracotta amphorae on the grape skins with indigenous yeasts. Aged in amphora and bottle. Full skincontact for texture and territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished and no SO2 added. Not only a refreshing summer wine from a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and Nerello Mascalese, as this is a "rose" which can also be regarded as a light red, like a "Jura" wine, pairing well with a wide variety of dishes. Full skincontact for texture and territorial identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished and no SO2 added. Grecanico Dorato(50%) and Carricante(50%) from 40+ years old vines from the vineyards of Calderara, Borriglione, Crasà and Picciolo which are located between 620 and 750m. The skin contact gives complexity and dense to the wine. CS (Chiusa Spagnolo) - This pure Nerello Mascalese comes from ungrafted vineyard in contrada Zottorinoto, more specific in the section Chiusa Spagnola, situated lower in the valley floor, a bit hidden in an amphytheater, surrounded by lava. A unique vineyard, planted around 1925 at a lower altitude (620m. asl) producing a profound, tannic wine, a bit more backward and Nebbiolo-ish compared to our other crus and lighter in colour. Nerello Mascalese 100% from 80+ years old vines. CR (Campo Re) - This pure Nerello Mascalese comes from a partly ungrafted vineyard Campo Re, situated at the far Western side in the valley floor, at the entrance of Randazzo. The vineyard altitude is 735m asl and is characterized by deep soil. The wines are profound and tannic, and more backward and Nebbiolo-ish compared to other crus. Nerello Mascalese 100% from 70+ years old vines.

FM (Feudo di Mezzo Sottana)  - as a contrada is very vaste and therefore Cornelissen started to separate the bottom part (sottana) from the upper part (soprana or Porcaria) since 2014 vintage. Although lower in the valley floor, the wines are of an unusual elegance which characterizes this area. Burgundian elegance and roundness, even in hot vintages makes this a special wine with finesse as it’s personality. Nerello Mascalese 100% from 40+ years old vines. This pure Nerello Mascalese is produced from our old vine alberello cru Porcaria, situated at 640m above sea level. in the contrada Feudo di Mezzo. A challenging location in order to achieve perfection in maturation. It has the power as well as refined elegance in the balanced vintages when everything falls into place. A complete wine. Nerello Mascalese 100% from 60+ years old vines. Production : 2,000 bottles/year. MC - This pure Nerello Mascalese comes from our cru in contrada Monte Colla(740m above sea level). An extremely steep and terraced vineyard, beautifully exposed to sun and wind and right in front of mount Etna. The sandy clay soil and the old-vine Nerello Mascalese, planted in 1946, reach a richer and more powerfull expression, maintaining elegance. “Hermitage” of Etna. Nerello Mascalese 100% from 70+ years old vines. Production : 2,000 bottles/year

VA - This is a blend from 3 highest vineyards (=Vigne Alte): Tartaraci(1000m asl.), Monte Dolce(870m asl.), Pettinociarelle(890m asl.). It expresses beautifully the value and precision of the old vines, ungrafted Nerello Mascalese on the high terraces in the Northern valley of Mount Etna. The most Burgundian of all our crus. Nerello Mascalese 100% from ungrafted 90+ years old vines. Susucaru Rosso(ex Contadino) is a field-blend of mostly Nerello Mascalese (85%) with other local varietals from all the vineyards: Nerello Capuccio, Allicante Boushet, Minella and Uva Francesa. Susucaru Rosso expresses Etna as produced in a more traditional way of blending different contrada’s as well as different varietals to obtain a fragrant, elegant and fluid wine with structure and personality. Susucaru Rosso(ex Contadino) is a field-blend of mostly Nerello Mascalese (85%) with other local varietals from all the vineyards: Nerello Capuccio, Allicante Boushet, Minella and Uva Francesa. Susucaru Rosso expresses Etna as produced in a more traditional way of blending different contrada’s as well as different varietals to obtain a fragrant, elegant and fluid wine with structure and personality.
