Soft and gentle mouthfeel with hidden strong grip. Hot sake around 55 degrees from normal temperature is recommended. more info

Another version of Hikomago Junmai-ginjou. Awa-Tamada-Nishiki 100%, rice polishing rate is 55%. Aged for more than three years. Finished relatively light and smooth. It is an all-round type recommended widely for drinking temperature range, up to about 50 degrees from chilled temperature.
