Clos de la Bergerie inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Vieux Clos. Contains Botrytis too. Clos de la Bergerie is the richest among three cuvees with honey-like stickiness. Gras coats your mouth, seductively sweet, and long finish. This is the wine for pleasure. Clos de la Bergerie carries another appellation : Savennières Roche aux Moines. The grounds also made up of schists are a little thicker (30 with 80cm approximately). The outputs are of 25/30 hectolitres per hectare (50 authorized).

Les Vieux Clos inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Clos de la Bergerie. Contains Botrytis too. However Vieux Clos is not merely an entry level of Nicolas Joly's wine. Every three cuvees have different characters and size, yet same concentration. Les Vieux Clos has slightly larger-meshed texture than Coulee and its easier to match wide range of cuisines.

[Late Release Magnum]
Les Fouchardes Monopole is made from Chenin Blanc planted in 1970. Wines are aged for two years in barrels before bottling. Yield in 2019 was 21hl/l, extremely low as usual. Eventually made only 2,439 bottles and 108 magnums. 2019 is made as a Sec : relatively dryer than usual.

Les Gélinettes is a bit of an anomaly red wine in the series of de la Sansonnière. Concentrated, complex, intermixed fruits and spices. Made from Grolleau Noir. No SO2 added. This "Mise Tardive" is a late release. Firstly 2020 was released in 2022, and the domaine gave one more year of ageing in the cellar for this lot, and released in 2023. There was a indication of "Grolleau Noir" in the label of first release, and the domaine put the new label(less information. They use this type recently) on the bottles of Mise Tardive. Mise Tardive 504 bouteilles.

Chenin Blanc from the parcel which was revived, formerly AOC Bonnezeaux. Pure nectar with mineral. Dense, supple and nice grip - some kind of perfection. No SO2 added. Production : 2020 vintage 684 bottles.
