Coulée de Serrant is the finest biodynamic vineyards in the world which has fascinated many great wine producers and wine connoisseurs. Coulée de Serrant is "Monopole AOC" that is able to find only few cases for example Romanee Conti and Chateau Grillet. This unique vineyard produces unique wine which is made from 100% Chenin Blanc with botrytis. Clos de la Bergerie inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Vieux Clos. Contains Botrytis too. Clos de la Bergerie is the richest among three cuvees with honey-like stickiness. Gras coats your mouth, seductively sweet, and long finish. This is the wine for pleasure. Les Vieux Clos inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Clos de la Bergerie. Contains Botrytis too. However Vieux Clos is not merely an entry level of Nicolas Joly's wine. Every three cuvees have different characters and size, yet same concentration. Les Vieux Clos has slightly larger-meshed texture than Coulee and its easier to match wide range of cuisines.

Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise . All the carbon gas and aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.

Ze Bulle 2018 is softly bubbled Rosé, a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc, 15% Grolleau Noir and 15% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vineyards.

Françoise and Phillipe Gourdon retired in 2015 and then Bruno Ciofi's “Béret & Compagnie” had taken over the production of Ze Bulle in 2018. This lot has freshness and bright details. Alc 9.5% is a bit higher than previous lot(9.0%).
Les Gelinettes 2018 is a red wine made from extremely low yields(20hl/ha) Grolleau Noir. No SO2 added. Made only 900 bottles. Rosé d'un Jour is made from 40 years old vines of Grolleau Gris 95% + Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, with residual sugar. Another masterpiece of La Ferme de la Sansonniere.

Rosé d'un Jour is made from 40 years old vines of Grolleau Gris 95% + Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, with residual sugar. Another masterpiece of La Ferme de la Sansonniere. La Lune 2018 is made from 35(ave.) years old vines Chenin Blanc from several parcels. Fermented in barrels and one year ageing in barrels. 2018 has less residual sugar(0.9mg/l) than usual. La Lune 2018 is made from 35(ave.) years old vines Chenin Blanc with extremely low yields(15hl/ha), from several parcels. Fermented in barrels and one year ageing in barrels. 2018 has less residual sugar than usual. So it's a relatively dry La Lune.

Amphores version of La Lune 2018 is made from 35(ave.) years old vines Chenin Blanc with extremely low yields(14hl/ha), from several parcels. Fermented and aged for one year in amphores. 2018 has less residual sugar than usual. So it's a relatively dry La Lune. Another Chenin Blanc wine is Les Fouchardes Monopole. These Chenin were planted in 1970. Wines are aged for two years in barrels before bottling. The top cuvée Vieilles Vignes des Blanderies is also aged for two years in barrels and these old vines were planted in 1949.
