The main grape of the region is Chardonnay (Melon d'Arbois). Chardonnay covers 50% of vineyards area. It's a juicy, fruity, smooth and dense, Jura's Chardonnay. Delicious.

Trousseau is another local grape variety in Jura, but only covers 5% of the Jura vineyards since it is not easy to manage(it requires more sun than other Jura varieties to ripe). Quality is excellent. Much more structured than Poulsard, yet floral, juicy, and lovely sweetness.
