Jean-François Ganevat, Frédéric's friend in Jura came to rescue him to find source of high quality grapes from Jura. Frédéric Cossard treated those healthy grapes with Cossard-manner and produced vivid wines. "Feel Good" is made from Savagnin. They cannot print "Savagnin" on the label if the wine was vinified outside of Jura even if it is Vin de France. So Frédéric named this wine "Feel Good", from the initial of Fred=F and Ganevat=G. From over 50 years old vines, fermented by wild yeasts, aged in used barrel for nearly one year. Fermented by wild yeasts, aged in used barrel for one year + stainless tank for several months. Very rich fruits with minerals.

Beautiful juice from the old vines of Syrah planted on the biodynamic vineyard in Provence. Vivid aroma, smooth texture and rich fruits flavour. Aged in the barrel 6 years and 3 months. During long ageing period, there is no adding, no racking. The wine obtains concentration and complexity, remarkable walnuts, spices and Sherry-like flavor. This wine has long life. It can last 50 years and more. The main grape of the region is Chardonnay (Melon d'Arbois). Chardonnay covers 50% of vineyards area. It's a juicy, fruity, smooth and dense, Jura's Chardonnay. Delicious.

Trousseau is another local grape variety in Jura, but only covers 5% of the Jura vineyards since it is not easy to manage(it requires more sun than other Jura varieties to ripe). Quality is excellent. Much more structured than Poulsard, yet floral, juicy, and lovely sweetness. From the parcel of old vines "L'Ami Karl". Juicy, lovely red fruits with beautiful concentration and accent of some spicy notes. Poulsard is major red grape in Jura and it covers 25% of vineyard's area. Savagnin is a spirit of Domaine de la Pinte and Jura. It is most famous as the only grape allowed in the Vin Jaune. It is also used for Macvin du Jura, Crémant du Jura, Vin de Paille, a dessert wine made from grapes left to dry on straw. This Savagnin Ouillé is a flagship cuvée of the domaine.  They spent 36 months for barrel ageing before bottling.
