[Mature Bottle Release] 100% whole cluster. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in a wooden fermenter with minimal intervention. Aged in 228 litre oak barrels (little new barrels). Used minimal SO2. No fining, no filtration before bottling. Flagrant, brilliant concentration, intermixed red fruits, multi-layered, complex and yet transparent. It's a great bottle from 2018 vintage.
