Seductive smoothness - its finest texture has attracted experienced sake connoisseurs in Japan. Made from locally grown Koshi-Tanrei and Yamada-Nishiki, and all cuvées are produced by small volume with high quality in coldest period of winter time. Yahiko-Shuzou is appointed as an official sake offerer by Yahiko Shrine and their sake is being used for holy rituals.

伊彌彦 純米吟醸 - Iyahiko Junmai-ginjou

Locally grown Iyahiko-mai = Organic Koshihikari 100%, rice polishing rate : 60%, Junmai-ginjou. Soft and smooth touch, followed by mass and low gravity centre. It's a typical style of Yahiko-Shuzou.
