Coulée de Serrant is the finest biodynamic vineyards in the world which has fascinated many great wine producers and wine connoisseurs. Coulée de Serrant is "Monopole AOC" that is able to find only few cases for example Romanee Conti and Chateau Grillet. This unique vineyard produces unique wine which is made from 100% Chenin Blanc with botrytis.

Clos de la Bergerie inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Vieux Clos. Contains Botrytis too. Clos de la Bergerie is the richest among three cuvees with honey-like stickiness. Gras coats your mouth, seductively sweet, and long finish. This is the wine for pleasure. Clos de la Bergerie carries another appellation : Savennières Roche aux Moines. The grounds also made up of schists are a little thicker (30 with 80cm approximately). The outputs are of 25/30 hectolitres per hectare (50 authorized).

Les Vieux Clos inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Clos de la Bergerie. Contains Botrytis too. However Vieux Clos is not merely an entry level of Nicolas Joly's wine. Every three cuvees have different characters and size, yet same concentration. Les Vieux Clos has slightly larger-meshed texture than Coulee and its easier to match wide range of cuisines.

[Mature Bottle Release - Magnum] Les Chagniots is situated between Ladoix and Corgoloin. 100 years ultra old vines are planted on 0.17 ha tiny parcel. Tomoko and Guillaume farm the vineyard organically. The vineyard is ploughed by horse by Pierre Seuillot who is a master in his field. He specialised in horse ploughing at Leflaive before setting up his small company and now ploughs for many prominent producers in the region. 2017 was the first release, but this 2018 is the first vintage under full control of Tomoko and Guillaume. Intermixed peach, citrus, honey and fine mineral. Impressed by dense, yet relax, gentle, warm feeling. Their artisan spirit reaches to the every detail corner.

[Mature Bottle Release - Magnum] 5 years has passed since we saw last and the Meursault is back in 2018. Tomoko and Guillaume could gain organically grown beautiful grapes from Les Vireuils Dessus and Les Clous Dessus parcels. Soft and gentle touch is common to all cuvées from this vintage.
