Hautes Côtes de Beaune Rouge "Paris L'Hopital"

Over 45 years old vine Pinot Noirs from Paris l’Hôpital in Haute Côte de Beaune of dark sandy Granit. As the sandy steep slopes are prone to erosion, the middle of the rows are all year no-till. Floral with bouquets of dark red fruits. Very fine tannins with racy acidity. Complex and structured. Dense yet lifted.

The Wine - Nose : Floral, mélange of red and dark fruits. Palate: well-structured with present tannins. Fresh with beautiful acidity. (by Chanterêves)
