Frédéric Cossard Jura Series : In 2016, Bourgogne suffered frost and lack of grapes was very serious. Jean-François Ganevat, Frédéric's friend in Jura came to rescue him to find source of high quality grapes from Jura. Frédéric Cossard treated those healthy grapes with Cossard-manner and produced vivid wines. Red wines were made from whole bunches(no one do this in Jura. Usually de-stemmed), and he also tried skin-contact for some white wine. Result was satisfactory, and then he decided to continue "Jura series" for the coming years. "Feel Good" is made from Savagnin. Because they cannot print "Savagnin" on the label if the wine was vinified outside of Jura even if it is Vin de France. So Frédéric named this wine "Feel Good", from the initial of Fred=F and Ganevat=G. Another story behind is ; Savagnin > Ça va bien > Feel Good.
